Chapelizod 2008 - Photographic Competition

Age groups
Under 11s
12 – 18
Adult

Entry fee €5 for a single entry or €10 for multiple entries.
The judging of the Photographic Competition will be by a professional photographer.
Photographs can be into the Band Room on registration day (21 June 2008) or at other times to any committee member
Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places in each age group.
The prize winners photographs will be displayed at the festival opening, during the festival and on the festival website
All copyright remains the property of the photographer but the festival has the rights to use the photographs for its own purposes within the scope of the festival.

Garden & Tidy Area Competition

Judging of the Garden & Tidy Area Competition will take place throughout Saturday 28 June 2008, the day before the festival starts.

Window Boxes, Hanging Baskets & Tubs
Townhouse Garden
Suburban Garden
Community Garden
Commercial Premises

The Garden & Tidy Area Competition is sponsored by Dublin City Council.
The judging of the gardens will be by a professional horticulturist.
Entry fee €3 for a single entry or €5 for multiple entries.
Prizes for 1st, 2nd & 3rd places for each garden category and 1st & 2nd prizes awarded for the Tidy Areas.
The overall winner will be presented with the Maura Breheny Perpetual Trophy.
Entries forms to be left into the Band Room on registration day (21 June 2008) or any Committee member.
